Rules for using moealturej Services, accounts, purchases, keys, downloads, support, and connected features.
Agreement to these Terms
By accessing moealturej Services, creating an account, logging in through email, Google, Discord, or another supported method, browsing products, submitting applications, purchasing, downloading, or using any product, you agree to these Terms and the other policies linked in the Legal Center.
Accounts and security
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, the security of your login, and all activity under your account. Do not share access, bypass security, impersonate another person, abuse login systems, or attempt to access another account.
Purchases and checkout
Purchases must be made through approved checkout methods only. Pricing, availability, discounts, product details, warranty statements, delivery methods, processing fees, and checkout options may change at any time before purchase. You agree to provide accurate payment and contact information.
Digital delivery, keys, and downloads
Digital products may be delivered instantly, manually, by account unlock, by downloadable file, by license key, by email, by Discord DM when connected, or by another listed delivery method. You are responsible for checking your account, email, spam folder, and connected Discord account after purchase.
Product access and changes
Products, downloads, keys, support, dashboards, applications, status pages, and account features may be updated, replaced, limited, paused, discontinued, or removed for security, compatibility, legal, operational, or business reasons. Access is provided as available unless a product page states a specific guaranteed term.
No misuse
You may not use the site or products for unlawful activity, fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, harassment, scraping, malware distribution, spam, chargeback abuse, attempts to bypass licensing, or violations of third-party rules. We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access if we believe there is misuse.
Support and communications
Support may be provided through the site, email, Discord, or other listed channels. We may send transactional messages about accounts, orders, verification, keys, downloads, refunds, policy changes, support, security, or service updates.
Chargebacks and payment disputes
Before opening a chargeback or payment dispute, contact support so the issue can be reviewed. Fraudulent, abusive, or false disputes may result in account limits, cancelled access, revoked keys, blocked future purchases, and evidence submitted to payment processors.
Third-party services
Payments, email, Discord login/DMs, Google login, hosting, analytics, download storage, anti-abuse tools, and other integrations may be provided by third parties. We are not responsible for downtime, rules, account actions, processor decisions, or failures controlled by those services.
Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, moealturej Services and all products are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise uninterrupted access, compatibility with every device, future availability, specific results, or that third-party platforms will continue allowing any product or feature.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, moealturej Services is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, lost-profit, lost-data, account-action, third-party-ban, platform-enforcement, or business-interruption damages arising from site use, product use, downloads, keys, or support decisions.
Updates to these Terms
We may update these Terms when the site, products, account systems, payment methods, cookies, legal requirements, or business operations change. The Last updated date shows the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
