How refund, replacement, duplicate purchase, delivery issue, key, download, and chargeback situations are handled for digital products.
Digital product policy
Because products may be delivered instantly by download, key, account unlock, email, or Discord DM, all sales are generally final once access, a file, a license key, or product benefit has been provided.
Eligible review cases
We may review refund requests for duplicate purchases, incorrect charge amounts, clear delivery failures caused by our platform, or other issues we determine are valid after checking order records.
Usually not refundable
Refunds are usually not provided for change of mind, buyer remorse, failure to read product details, incompatibility not caused by us, lack of use, third-party account/platform actions, violating terms, or requests after a product/key/download has been accessed.
Keys, licenses, and downloads
Keys, licenses, private files, and downloads cannot usually be returned once delivered. If a key or download is defective due to our delivery system, support may replace, resend, repair access, or review a refund at our discretion.
Chargebacks
Opening a chargeback without first contacting support may delay help and may result in suspended account access, revoked keys, cancelled downloads, and evidence submitted to the payment processor. Fraudulent disputes may be permanently blocked.
How to request review
Contact support with your account email, order number if available, product name, screenshots if useful, and a clear explanation. We may ask for additional information to verify the issue.
Final decision
Refund decisions are made case by case. Approval, denial, replacement, credit, or partial refund decisions are at the discretion of moealturej Services unless applicable law requires otherwise.
